Everything you need to know about ordering with Keki Cakes
We recommend ordering at least 3–5 days in advance for standard cakes and 1–2 weeks for wedding or custom designs. Same-day orders may be available for select items — contact us to check.
Yes! We deliver across Nairobi and its environs. Delivery charges vary by location and are calculated at checkout. You can also pick up from our kitchen for free.
Absolutely. Use our inquiry form or WhatsApp to describe your ideal cake — we'll work with you on flavour, colour, tiers, and decorations to create something truly special.
We accept M-Pesa (our primary method via STK Push), as well as bank transfers for large orders. Payment is required before we begin baking.
Our cakes range from 0.5 KG (serves 4–6) up to 5 KG (serves 40+). For very large events, multi-tier options are available on request.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the delivery date receive a full refund. Within 48 hours, a 50% fee applies. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
